Delivery & Returns
As all items are made to order, we aim to dispatch your goods within 3-5 working day after you have placed your order. In most instances, items are sent within 2 working days. The majority of our goods are sent via Royal Mail.
Our Standard Delivery price is £3.50 for second class postage and £5.50 for first class. During Christmas, our postal prices may increase to include a signed for and tracked service.
Please note that during the Christmas period, all items ordered will be posted within the dates contained within Royal Mail's recommended posting dates leaflet. We cannot accept any liability should Royal Mail fail to deliver items within their own delivery timescales.
Delivery prices are valid for UK, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

If there is a problem with any product ordered from us, we would like to hear from you.
Please email us in the first instance on email@example.com and we will be happy to help. Replacements will be posted for damaged goods. Personalised or bespoke items are non-refundable unless they are noted to be damaged upon arrival. Exchanges for items purchased in error must be made within 28 days of purchase.
For items where personalisation details have been added to the Notes box at the checkout page, but where a personalised item has not been purchased or prior agreed by email, it is the customer's responsibility to return the item at their expense, whereupon a new picture may be made and posted by us, but also at the customer's expense.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
